To embed an image click on the 'Submit your entry here' form. A box will appear, the first bar is the title - add your title. In the larger box paste or type the URL (address) of the image, sound file, or video you would like to submit. You do not need the embed code or anything just the address. For most images and videos you can find the URL by clicking the 'share' button found near the image or video. You may be provided with different options copy the option labeled URL, link, or direct link. You may hit a few snags with certain services, here are a few specific tips to help.

Picassa - In Picass you will find the link in the right menu labeled 'Link to this Photo'. In order for Piccasa images to work you will need to tweak the address a bit by removing the 's' in https. For example: change https://picasaweb.google.com/example to http:://picasaweb.google.com/example

Facebook- Facebook will let you share images and videos on other sites, but the URL can be tricky to found. View the image you want to share, underneath the image near the bottom of the page you will see this "Share this album with anyone by sending them this public link" - use the URL underneath.

Vimeo - An extra step is required to post a vimeo. First go to the Vimeo page and copy the link in the top navigation bar it should look like this vimeo.com/1234567. Now go back to the Add Your Entry box. Above the larger box is a tool bar the second button from the right of the tool bar is a clipboard with a white square on top. Click this clipboard button and then paste your link into the large box.

SoundCloud - SoundCloud can be used to embed audio files. To share a file from SoundCloud, click on the Share button and copy the "Get the link" URL.

Scribd - Scribd can be used to embed docs and pdf files. Just grab the URL from the top of the page when viewing your document.

A few more things:

• Make sure there are no spaces in front the URL address
• You can add text below or above the URL address, but be careful not change the URL such as accidentally making it 'bold'.
• The public URL has to be used, not internal or private URLs. For best results use the URL provided by the service's "share" feature.
